My Personal Strengths And Weaknesses

This essay will discuss both my strengths and weaknesses. It is my intention to highlight both my strengths as well as my weaknesses in order to help me see the ways I can fix them and how to strengthen my strengths. Since I’ve never been confident, it is difficult to identify my strengths. But, I do believe that my greatest strength is my ability to organize. Good organisation skills are important for all situations as they increase productivity. Students at university are especially affected by this because it helps them to organize their lives and make sure they complete important tasks like assignments. Organisation skills increase efficiency, productivity, and satisfaction. To ensure that I keep this skill in tact, I plan to stay on top of class notes and pay attention to assignments to earn the best grades possible. Next is my ability to observe. While this might not be something that is often considered a strength it is for me. I enjoy being able see the world around and being able, in some cases, to interpret it.

Confidence is a weakness that I have always struggled with. This has impacted my daily life. Since September, I have struggled with confidence and anxiety. Because of this, it’s difficult to be a part of classes and participate in class activities. I am working to overcome these fears so that I can be successful at university and throughout my life. My weakness is my inability to quickly adapt to changes. I prefer everything to stay the same. This is not realistic. I have learned to adapt to change much better since I started university. Academically, my intelligence is not what it seems. I am working hard to maintain high grades. I want to keep studying for a masters degree if I can graduate university with a satisfactory grade. This will give me more knowledge and make my life more interesting. While I don’t know what I want to do career-wise, I do believe that I will eventually be able decide what I would like.
